BOARD OF DIRECTORS consists of three founder visionary directors have worked on this project since last three years and working tirelessly to bring all practicing investigators under one umbrella body called “ASSOCIATION OF INVESTIGATORS & DETECTIVES ®” The directors spent huge amount, time and energy on uniting all the practicing investigators and to obtain statutory and legal structure of AID. The board has decided to register the AID under companies act U/S 8 as it has got more authentication than any other form of registration and is under central act.
Mr. Surendra V. Jagga is one of the founder director of AID, has mooted the idea of this association with his fellow directors. He is renowned practicing Private Investigator and acquired huge experience and knowledge through practice of three decades. He is Mechanical Engineer, 1st rank in state has started his career as “Surveyor & Loss Assessor” but his passion for Investigation transformed him to his profession. His long list of challenging cases earns him the wisdom. He has good network of informers and providing his intelligence services to police departments for detection of crimes. His investigative skill was utilized by Apex Investigating Agency of the country i.e. CBI for investigation of fraud in motor accident cases. His vision for the fraternity and tireless working for the objectives of the AID is connecting more and more Investigators day by day.
Mr. Tushar Vishwakarma is one of the founder director of AID, has mooted the idea of this association with his fellow directors. He is renowned practicing Private Investigator and acquired huge experience and knowledge through practice since two decades. He is qualified as doctor in alternative medicine (Naturopathy) “A man of complete commitment, a man of few words but full of moral values and ethics, a man dedicated his life to investigation and unearthing frauds but still eager to learn new things, technology and ready to listen any idea, a man full of energy so that it infuses others to perform well, a man who can be trusted in most hard times, a man committed to make things better for everyone associated with him, a soft spoken man but very hard on faith and belief, a very polite man but very rude with disobedience and indiscipline, a man to follow, a man who can support you always in thick and thin. Mr. Ashish Desai, as founder Director, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the organization and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Ashish has nearly three decades of experience in the Insurance industry with a strong track record of running enterprises successfully. Ashish is a member of IIISLA. He is director in Investigator company as well as he has his own company named as Universal Investigators. Ashish is a professional Motor surveyor and working independently for last 27 years. He is valuer for automobiles also. He is Automobile engineer from Karnataka University. His motto is to work hard for the Investigators fraternity to get them proper identity.
Adv. Sanjeev Kaushik, as Director, is a distinguished professional in private investigation with a strong academic foundation, including a B.Sc., LL.B., and LL.M. from Meerut University, along with a diploma in Forensic Science. Since 1996, he has provided investigative services to individuals and corporations, specializing in debugging, counter-surveillance, and undercover operations. Notably, he played a key role in the Delhi Gang Rape (Damini) Case by identifying the victim's handwriting on a crucial letter in the presence of a magistrate and has appeared in interviews, such as on Zee News, to share his expertise. Mr. Kaushik has led numerous raids on counterfeit products, including desi ghee, cosmetics, electrical equipment, and books, showcasing his commitment to fighting fraud and serving the nation with integrity.
Mr. Deepak Sinha, as Director, is a graduate in Economics in 2009, has amassed over 17 years of professional experience in the field of investigations. Beginning his career by working with private-sector companies, he initially focused on motor-related investigations in Bihar and Jharkhand. Through sheer dedication and hard work, he gradually expanded his expertise to handle more complex and diverse cases across multiple regions. Coming from a modest background, Mr. Sinha’s journey reflects his relentless perseverance and commitment to excellence. He has played a crucial role in ensuring transparency and mitigating fraudulent activities, thereby safeguarding organizations from potential losses. His keen eye for detail, combined with his ability to analyze evidence and conduct thorough investigations, has earned him a reputation as a reliable and results-driven professional. Since 2021, Mr. Sinha has been an esteemed member of the Association of Investigators & Detectives (AID), where he continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices in the field of investigations.
